Xugo provides utilities with the confidence to manage all aspects of the Vegetation Management program including annual planning, coordination of LiDAR collection and analysis, field service activities, reporting and contractor payments to help minimise fire risk, improve network reliability and enable compliance management with current regulations. Xugo functions as the authoritative data source and tracks and allocates work to provide transparency on the status across every vegetation network span.
“We’re excited to be providing Powercor with Xugo; our contemporary, cloud-based web and mobile application capable of managing, storing and maintaining all information critical to their vegetation management program” said Matthew Croft, General Manager of SFI. “We look forward to the 300+ employees and contractors adopting Xugo to realise the benefits of a streamlined system; increasing the quality, accuracy and efficiency of the vegetation management processes and regulatory compliance.”
“We are pleased to work with SFI to implement Xugo to enhance our overall visibility and traceability of the vegetation program and work together to streamline current processes,” said Hugh Vickers-Willis, Head of Vegetation Management - CitiPower, Powercor and United Energy. “We selected Xugo as it demonstrated a highly configurable solution with a user-friendly web portal and mobile app interfaces, to facilitate consistent and enhanced collaboration between all parties required to deliver our vegetation programs.”
Xugo will be used by LiDAR providers, vegetation scoping and cutting contractors (and sub-contractors), and the internal Vegetation Management and Data Analytics teams across the three distribution businesses.
